Client: Dormakaba Singapore

Type: Showroom

Place: Jurong, Singapore

Area: 3,300sqft

Year: 2018

Dormakaba Singapore having provided a large array fittings and systems for securities for doors to locks.

Consolidating all those items under their new compound where both offices and development teams are housed under. Playing with monochromatic colours not only helps enlarge the space visually, but also draws focus onto the products displayed.

Client: Frasers Hospitality Singapore

Place: Alexandra, Singapore

Area: 10,720sqft

Year: 2017

Frasers Hospitality was a collaboration between Interimage Construction x DP Design.

Converging both the standard workspaces in an everyday office to a free and easy urban-esque free seating area was the key focus of the project but also having to hide it away from commonly used areas like the reception area and meeting rooms. Only as you transition from the spaces will you then slowly feel the changes.

Client: Apple Vacations

Type: Retail Space

Place: Chinatown, Singapore

Area: 1,100sqft

Year: 2019

Apple Vacations being a recurring client being relocated from the shophouses along Chinatown, into the malls within Chinatown. Being a collaboration between Interimage Construction x Altro.

Making a clean and comprehensive workspace as a transition from the previous traditional Japan natural design they had, we decided to combine some hints that were from the previous outlet (Wood, Light Fitting Wrapped in Rice Paper, Etc) along with the cleaner lines and colours as they transitioned into a much formal setting in terms of location.

Client: Pan Pacific Hotels Group

Type: Office

Place: Beach Road, Singapore

Area: 24,000sqft

Year: 2023

Pan Pacifi Hotels Group office was an intense rush against time as there was only a small window for us to complete the project. Reorganising the space to fit 134 workstations from the initial 78 workstations, upgrading of the existing toilets and pantry area.

The rush against time showed us how capable we are in working under pressure and how we can repeat the process in any other future projects.
